Training

Jeremy provides training to sales teams and corporate executives that range from brief lunch-and-learn sessions to all day seminars and multi-day courses. All sessions are bespoke, and Jeremy’s process typically involves multiple interviews with organizational stakeholders to ask key questions and maximize the impact he can provide by learning about any organization he is working with. Jeremy’s background in consulting supports this process as he identities key areas of communication and salesmanship that can be improved to drive performance. A roster of ideas is shared ahead of any engagement for clients to choose what areas are of keenest interest and Jeremy works collaboratively to help pinpoint those areas.

While all of Jeremy's engagements are customized for the specific needs of his clients here are a few of the most popular themes.

  • Growing Emotional Intelligence: Jeremy is regularly asked to train the newest members of an organization to enhance their social skills. Younger employees have grown up looking at screens, were isolated in their education during the pandemic and lost valuable socialization experience and are now facing a work-remote culture that lacks in the mentorship possibilities of the past. Jeremy helps these employees to overcome these developmental challenges and communicate better with colleagues and clients.

  • Building Commercial Acumen: Many lawyers tell Jeremy that they are experts in an esoteric part of the law but wish they would grow their ability to develop business and client relationships, which they have never been trained in. Jeremy helps law firm partners and other experienced senior corporate executives to develop new strategies to develop relationships.

  • Executive training: Jeremy frequently works with management teams to help them improve their communication skills and leadership. These talks and trainings help executives to create ethical hierarchies to provide clarity to their teams to execute corporate goals, provide lessons from military commanders on using the intelligence from the field to make better decisions, as well as how to interview better.

Keynote Speaking

Jeremy speaks regularly at conferences and corporate retreats. His speeches provide motivation and unique ideas about how to build relationships, influence people, and overcome hurdles. Case studies and anecdotes from the worlds of espionage, law enforcement, and the military illuminate methods and provide examples about how to put these strategies into practice in the business world and daily life. Jeremy typically customizes his speeches based on the particular organization he is speaking to and what they are interested in.
